AGS Laboratories welcomes business from all jewelry retailers, diamond manufacturers and dealers.
Membership in the American Gem Society is not a requirement for doing business with the laboratory.

 

1. How do I become a client of AGS Laboratories?

It's simple and easy. Just download the client service forms from the link below. If you prefer, we’ll be happy to fax, email, or mail the forms to you. When completed the forms can be faxed or mailed back to us. Become a New Client

 

2. I am a member of the American Gem Society, do I still need to establish an account

    with the AGS Laboratories?

Yes, you need to establish an account with AGS Laboratories in order to have diamonds processed by the diamond laboratory. While the American Gem Society and AGS Laboratories are "cousins," we are two separate companies and separate accounts need to be established and maintained.

 

3. Once my diamonds(s) have been received, what is the average turnaround time?

The goal of the AGS Laboratories is to provide our clients with their preliminary grading results within 5 working days of the day after receipt.

 

4. Will the AGS Laboratories send the diamonds(s) directly to my customer?

Yes. Provide the information in writing and the AGS Laboratories will ship the diamonds along with their diamond grading reports to the desired location. We will accept your request via fax or email.
