AGS Laboratories accepts diamond shipments from anywhere in the world whether you choose to send them directly to the diamond lab, or use one of our take in windows.

You have the choice of using any shipping company that you trust. However, based on our experience and in depth studies of reliability and results, we encourage our customers to use Brinks, Federal Express or USPS registered mail.

When you are shipping your loose diamonds to AGS Laboratories diamond grading lab, you will need to include a packing slip that includes the following information:

• Your Contact Information
• Your Customer ID
• The diamond's weight
• The diamond's shape
• The diamond's value
• The diamond grading report you prefer
• Any special instructions you may have
