Thank you for your interest in the American Gem Society Laboratories. When it is important to receive the most accurate analysis of a diamond's 4Cs, it is even more important to have an AGS Laboratories diamond grading report.

In order to submit your diamonds to our diamond laboratory, please download and print new client paperwork and fax to the Lab. Fax to Client Service at 702 233-6125.
