April 10, 2008 – SEATTLE –The American Gem Society Laboratories today introduced a new video entitled “Diamond Buying 101.” The video is intended for consumer use.

It is a practical, informative, and in-depth guide for consumers to use when they are considering the purchase of diamonds. The video is comprehensive and provides specific examples and demonstrations of the four “Cs” and explanations of other industry terms as well as questions to ask of jewelers. “Diamond Buying 101” has the broadest scope of any consumer guide to buying diamonds available today.
