Become a Client of AGS Laboratories
Thank you for your interest in the American Gem Society Laboratories. When it is important to receive all the information about a diamond, it will be even more important to require an American Gem Society Laboratories Report.

We work directly with members of the jewelry industry, therefore, we request that if you are a consumer who wishes to send us items, please visit www.americangemsociety.org to locate an AGS Jeweler in your area who can then help you with your request. Please also visit our Consumer Information page for additional information.

If you are a member of the jewelry trade who would like to become a client of AGS Laboratories, please print and complete the following documents:

Client Service Agreement, including the Laser Inscription Agreement
This document explains the terms and conditions of using the AGS Laboratories. Please fill out the requested information where indicated. The final page of the Agreement (Exhibit A) is the Laser Inscription Agreement. Please complete this form if you anticipate inscription services will be needed in the future.
